June is a Mother of 3, wife of 34 years and a doting grandmother. Her oldest daughter is a graduate of William and Mary College and is currently a Dermatologist/Mohs Surgeon and partner at Dockside Dermatology located in Shipley's Medical park in Millersville, Maryland. Her other daughter is a graduate of James Madison University and is currently a high school math teacher. June’s youngest son is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is working in sales. Having active children has led June to become a vibrant member of the community. June’s family mindset provides buyers with an inside link to the different communities surrounding Anne Arundel County. This imparts her clients with the ability to make well rounded decisions supported by reliable information.
June recognizes that buying a home entails a large emotional and financial commitment. For that reason, she handles each and every client with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Merely finding her clients a house is not satisfying to June, she is dedicated to helping each person discover a home and community that exceeds their expectations.
In her free time, she can be found enjoying a sunset boat ride with her family, out on a run with friends or hitting aces on the tennis courts.
Maxim Gaudreault

Raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Maxim has spent his career involved in many aspects of construction, real estate, and development. Maxim received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing while also playing collegiate hockey at the highest level for the University of New Hampshire.
Growing up he spent countless hours on jobsites working for his father’s high end drywall business which gave him invaluable field experience that simply can’t be taught from behind a desk. After graduation, Maxim moved to Boston where he took on a role as an associate at a commercial real estate firm which specialized in tenant and landlord leasing representation of downtown office space. Although the job taught him items such as lease contract language, tenant improvement costs, and the importance of networking, he knew this was not his long term passion. At that moment, Maxim made the decision to transition from sitting behind a desk while working for someone to building a company of his own.
As a real estate agent, Maxim is able to utilize his construction background to assist clients with estimates on work needed to either maximize return for a seller or help a buyer understand potential costs while making an offer. Having built homes in many of the counties he has a deep understanding of the different markets within Maryland. His availability and transparency help ensure that each transaction is as seamless as possible for his clients.
Since moving back to Annapolis several years ago he has tirelessly put his building background, business acumen, and knowledge of the local market to use by becoming a realtor and founding Maxim Building Group, Inc.
In his free time, he can be found managing a construction site, playing in a hockey men’s league game, or spending time at the beach in Avalon, New Jersey.
